Forgotten password
On the login page, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email. We send a reset link if that email has an account. The link works for 1 hour. Check your spam folder too.
Google-linked accounts can also set or reset an email password. A Telegram-only account may have no email or password login attached.
Two accounts or a balance on Telegram
An account made in the Telegram bot and one made with email on the website can be separate accounts with separate balances. Contact support so a colleague can check. Merging accounts is not promised.
Change email or delete an account
These are not self-serve. Contact support for a colleague to review your request. Account access is decided by a human.
A blank page or a site that will not load
Try a hard refresh or a private window. If it is still blank, tell support which browser and device you use.
