In Top up, open the Bank tab (SBP), enter the amount in dollars, and scan the QR in a Russian bank app. On a phone, you can tap “Open in your bank app”.
Before you confirm
Your bank app shows the ruble amount before confirmation. Conversion happens at payment; we charge no fee. The minimum is $2.50. Once the bank confirms, the payment is credited to your balance in dollars.
Paid but your balance has not changed?
Send support the time you paid, the amount in rubles and the SBP operation number from your bank app. If the receipt has a payment purpose starting with “TX:”, include it too. A screenshot of the receipt is fine. A colleague will check it; there is no promised credit time.
Never share card numbers, bank logins or bank SMS codes.
SBP is unavailable
The Bank tab shows “Temporarily unavailable” when SBP is unavailable. You can use the crypto options shown in Top up instead.
