Redeem a top-up code

A top-up code adds balance only after you redeem it on your VirtualSMS account. Buying the code on its own does not change your balance.

How to redeem

1. Sign in to the VirtualSMS account you want to top up.
2. Open Top up and choose the Alipay tab.
3. Under “Already have a code?”, paste your code and tap Redeem.

When it works, you see the amount added and your new balance. A code credits exactly its face value, with no deposit bonus, and works once.

If it does not work

• “This code isn’t valid”: copy the whole code, with no spaces.
• “You already added this code”: it was redeemed earlier on the date shown. If you have more than one login, check the other one.
• “Your session expired”: sign in and paste the code again.

If you need help, tell support exactly what the error says. Never share the code itself: a code is worth money to whoever holds it.
